Hello friends!
Willow and Co has been loving everything we have seen sewn up from our patterns. Make sure you join our Facebook group to show off your creations too! We love seeing all of them!
Our patterns are available in our Willow and Co shop and as of today, they are also available at Girl Charlee, which is an awesome online shop for knit fabrics… and they are now starting to carry wovens! Woo hoo!
I created this Ash Jumpsuit out of some gorgeous Girl Charlee floral knit and both Ainsley and I love it!
*fabric was provided, but all opinions are 100% my own*
The knit is sturdy but stretchy enough for this outfit. It is not sheer and it has just enough thickness to make this Ash Jumpsuit.
I seriously LOVE it and want more of it! I can picture this as a cardigan or a maxi skirt.
I used to be really worried about making a romper or jumpsuit for her because of bathroom issues… I mean, who wants to have to tie or button things every time your kid needs to go, right? This jumpsuit solves that issue by having elastic around the neck, meaning they can do it themselves! Score.
I made the jumpsuit version, but of course, there is also the option of having it as a two piece, if desired!
I made this in the knee length version with inset pockets.
Even though I used a knit, I kept it the size I would have originally made because the knit was sturdy enough. If your knit is really stretchy, I would definitely advise sizing down!
Thanks for letting me try out your awesome new floral knit, Girl Charlee!

Hi, I’m about to make the Ash using knit fabric. Do you have any special hints? Also, did you fully line? If so, did you use the same fabric? Thanks so much for any advice you can give!
