I have been keeping a secret… a really cool secret.
Issue 1 of STYLO Magazine has been released today and I got to be a part of it! Click on over to see some of the most amazing and inspiring photos and designs from a great group of bloggers.
I was asked to be a part of the new e-magazine in two ways. First, 6 of us were sent a surprise package of Michael Miller fabric from the new “glitz” line and we each sewed up something totally unique to our own styles. I made a dress for Ainsley using my Caroline Party Dress pattern. Wait until you see the different looks we each created from the same fabric. (Stay tuned because I will be on the Michael Miller site in the near future.)
Secondly, my Norah Dress and Tunic was one of the featured patterns that the others could choose from. I was thrilled when I found out that Alexia from Lexi Made had chosen it for her photo shoot. Thanks Alexia!
So, head on over to STYLO to check out the amazingness!

I LOVE the mint and gold together with your Caroline dress!! Just perfect 🙂
This dress is perfection! Daughter and photos are beautiful too 🙂
This was such an amazing surprise yesterday. I adore the concept and it was so well put together. Every turn of the page showed yet another favorite designer/photographer/blogger. I am so proud of all of you. It is so good.
Perfect choice of the pattern for this fabric 🙂
Got the dot fabric and bought the pattern. What fabric did u use for the collar and underlayer? Brand of fabric? I want mine to look JUST like this! Lol
Hello? 🙂
sorry about that Julia! I swear I had replied, but I am not seeing any of my replies on here! I used a gold tissue lame from Joanns and the underlayer is just a gold tafetta from Joanns!
