The lovely and awesome Rachael of Imagine Gnats recently released an adorable pattern and I am here today to show it off and to offer one of you the chance to win a pattern of your own!
Introducing:
Rachael created a super easy, super cute, and super versatile pinafore tunic pattern called “The Roly-Poly”, which can be purchased at her etsy shop. Right now, she has it on sale, so grab it while you can!
I can’t even begin to tell you how much Ainsley adores her new tunic. It has pockets…Pockets! Ainsley LOVES anything with pockets. She will probably insist on wearing this everyday because of the pockets. (not to mention the kitty fabric she picked out…. is anyone really surprised at her fabric choices?)
It brought out the sassy-ness (sassiness? sassy-ness?)
This pattern comes together very easily and it is something that will grow with kids. Ainsley is around a 3t/4t and I made her the size 3 and it is definitely something that will fit her for a long time. Not only is it a “grow with me” fit, it is reversible! So, you get two shirts in one. It has a sweet little pleat in the front, pockets (optional) on the sides and button closures on the straps.
Here is Ainsley showing off the other side 🙂
Look at that belly!

She seriously loves it and has requested to wear it every day of the week. When I told her that it has to be washed, she said we need to just make another one. No problem, little lady.
I asked her to show the camera the back of it
And then she grabbed her tushie and thought it was the funniest thing she has ever done:
You heard her!
